Q: What do I need to get into a home?

A: Follow these steps:

• Fill out a rental application on the website.
• Provide Photo Identification for all applicants over the age of 18.
• Provide Social Security Cards for all applicants over the age of 18.
• Proof of Income

Acceptable proofs include: recent pay stub, AFDC or SSI printouts, recent notice of Action or, if self-employed, your quarterly tax reports or verifiable proof of earned income (no W-2's)

Q: How long does the application process take?

A: The approval process is very quick. Once we get the information then we can process the application in a timely fashion.

Q: Are there any fees?

A: No. Just provide all the information.

Q: What is the advantage of filling out the rental application?

A: The rental application goes towards all our homes. Just fill out one rental application. Further, we constantly get new homes so it is advantageous for you to be in our database. We can then contact you about the home!
